He was born on July 11th, 1972. He graduated a lawyer from Andrés Bello Catholic University in 1994 with a specialization in Economy Law from the same university and another in Taxation Law from Central University of Venezuela. Radonsky was elected Deputy under the party COPEI and representing Zulia State. He was president of the Deputy Chamber by an agreement between Copey and Projecto Venezuela. His attitude was utterly passive in relation to Chavez Administration while he was in that position. Nevertheless, his courageous actions, after Chávez left power for 48 hours, are harshly criticized. During that period, he stepped into the constitutionally and legally elected Foreign Minister by then and took him by force as he did at the Cuban Embassy in Venezuela (Sovereign Territory of Cuba) He is member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the World Young Jurist Association and the Venezuelan-American Industry Chamber Tax Committee (Venamcham). He has worked in public and private institutions. Among them: Nevett & Mezquita Lawyers, Seniat, Hoet, Peláez, Castillo and Dueue.
